Scotscape Building Ltd was incorporated in 2002 as a Ltd Company having previously operated for 10 years as a division within Scotscape Ltd (Landscaping)

The two Companies continue to work from the same building and compliment each other in many aspects of their work.

Scotscape Building Ltd has a development side which is able to offer joint venture possibilities.

Scotscape Building Ltd has enjoyed 3 years of sustained growth since becoming an independent Company.

Having served our 10 year apprenticeship in the domestic build market working with a number of bespoke timber conservatory manufacturers on a variety of general building projects, Scotscape Building Ltd have settled into the top end of the refurbishment market.

Experience
Angus trained at Aberdeen University in Land Economy and has gained much of his experience managing building contracts.

Experience
Erik Brann has spent over 25 years in the building industry. Starting with an interior design and specialist paint finish company in the 1970’s, he moved on to start in business on his own.

He developed a high quality client base and, through recommendation, moved into kitchen design and fitting. He fitted kitchens as a sub contractor for Harrods, before expanding his scope of works in partnership with a general builder and heating engineer to include high quality development work for clients.
Following this he began to develop his own properties until the recession in the early 1990’s, when he returned to high quality contracting work.
Erik joined Scotscape Ltd in 1995 and was the catalyst in the formation of Scotscape Building Ltd.
